Insight our practice

Individual - Innovative - Holistic

Individual

Physiotherapy treatment is adapted to your symptoms, current physical condition, and personal goals.

Innovative

We combine physiotherapy assessment, active treatment, and individually adapted training with selected modern treatment methods.

Holistic

In addition to your current symptoms, we also consider movement, physical capacity, and relevant factors related to everyday life, work, and sport.

Our process in 3 steps

Individual physiotherapy begins with a careful assessment of your current situation. The course of treatment is then adapted to your personal goals and physical progress.

1. Initial Physiotherapy Assessment

At the beginning, we take the time to discuss your current symptoms, physical condition, and personal goals.

This is followed by an individually adapted physiotherapy assessment. Depending on your symptoms, mobility, muscle strength, movement control, and physical capacity may be evaluated.

2. Individual Treatment Plan

The findings from the assessment form the basis of your individual treatment plan.

Together, we define the main priorities of your treatment. The physiotherapy methods used are selected according to your current situation, physical abilities, and personal goals.

3. Progress Review and Further Planning

Throughout the course of physiotherapy, we regularly review how your symptoms, physical function, and physical capacity are developing.

Based on your progress, exercises, training content, and other physiotherapy interventions can be individually adapted and gradually progressed.

Therapy with precision technology

Continuous passive motion (CPM) device for the hip and kneeThe CPM machine enables controlled passive movement of a joint within an individually defined range of motion. It may be used as a complementary measure during physiotherapy rehabilitation, particularly after certain surgical procedures or injuries. The range of motion and application are adapted to the current physical situation, stage of healing, and any existing medical guidelines.
Ultrasound TherapyUltrasound therapy may be used as a complementary physical modality as part of physiotherapy treatment. Mechanical sound waves are applied to selected areas of the body. Whether ultrasound therapy is appropriate is assessed individually based on your symptoms, the physiotherapy assessment, and the specific treatment situation.
Vibration training deviceVibration training may be used as a complementary component of physiotherapy and individually adapted exercise programmes. The mechanical vibrations generated by the vibration platform provide repeated stimuli to which the neuromuscular system may respond. The selection of exercises, training duration, and intensity are individually adapted to your physical condition, physical capacity, and personal treatment goals.
Compression garment for lymphatic drainage Compression therapy to support lymphatic drainage: Specialized compression garments promote lymph flow, reduce swelling, and improve circulation – ideal for lymphedema and post-surgical recovery.
InfraredtherapyInfrared therapy may be used as a complementary physical modality as part of physiotherapy treatment. Infrared heat is applied to warm the selected area of the body. Whether heat therapy is appropriate is assessed individually based on your symptoms, personal tolerance, and the specific treatment situation.
Medical Exercise Therapy (MTT)Medical Training Therapy is an active component of physiotherapy rehabilitation and may be individually integrated into the treatment process. Selected exercises and training stimuli are used and adapted to your current physical condition and physical capacity. Training content, exercise selection, and load progression are based on the physiotherapy assessment, individual treatment progress, and personal goals.
